The staff was really helpful, especially the guy at the front desk. The bathroom? Modern and clean, way better than I expected. The shower had good pressure, like I was washing off the weight of the world.

Yeah, it was a bit on the pricey side. but still worth it.

Just a solid selection for a passing visit in Waterloo with incredible value for money. The carpet floors were all damp and smelled of urine. Check in early or ask for a thoroughly cleaned room before settling in.

We were just passing through for one night and wanted a comfy place to crash. The breakfast was awesome—lots of tasty options. But the room had a weird smell and the furniture was pretty beat up. It made our stay feel less cozy than we'd hoped for.

My family and I just enjoyed a fabulous 6-night stay! The beds were unbelievably cozy Plus, the big fridge was perfect for storing snacks and drinks. Don't even get me started on the crystal-clear pool-ideal for cooling off after a day of adventures!

The location was ideal, close to dining options and shopping, which made my business trip convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with a good selection of items.

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying spacious rooms with a fridge for snacks. The pool area offers fun for kids, although a quieter adult time would be nice. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of delicious options. Just be prepared to ask for housekeeping services!

Locally sourced eats were the highlight—definitely hit up East Side Mario's for some tasty vibes! Beds like clouds and a fridge for your midnight snacks made staying comfy. Oh, and the coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver!

While the good spots nearby were enticing, the room was a letdown—tiny and outdated. Check-in was a fiasco with wrong pricing, and a broken hot tub sealed the deal. The breakfast? A plastic bag of disappointment.

The room was pretty outdated and felt like it hadn’t been maintained well. wallpaper was peeling and there were mold stains in the bathroom. The heater was either too hot or too cold, and the walls could definitely use a good cleaning. On the plus side, the furniture was nice, but it didn’t make up for the overall discomfort. Definitely could've been better for the price.
